Bourjois has been around for 150 years? That's crazy. I have always been a fan of their products and love the pigmentation, colour selection and formula that they have to offer.
The first product I brought was the Poudre Illuminatric Universelle Highlighting Powder, a reinterpret of Bourjois' legendary Java Rice Powder. This product has an ultra fine velvety texture for a smooth radiant complexion. Its a light pearl colour and leaves a beautiful highlight on your cheeks, cupids bow, nose bridge and wherever else you may like to place your highlighter. I will keep you updated of its lasting power and some makeup looks with this product.
I also picked up the Je T'aime Blusher in 48 Ashes of Roses. Inside came a little token saying 'For 150 years Bourjois baked technology process has offered women a blusher with a fine, light texture. Incredibly transparent and perfect for blending. The irresistable shades always give a healthy glow and natural result'. I absolutly agree with this statement.
This blush is very pink and I really love the cute little packaging. It comes with a small blush brush which is perfect for when your travelling. It also has a small mirror on the inside of the lid which I personally think is such a brilliant idea. The blush its self is very pigmented but a little chalky. I really do enjoy all of their blushes. Will do a collection post soon.
Overall these products seem really good to me and they are farely affordable. ♡
(..more to come)
